Metalcore with a touch of 80s synthwave – that’s the motto of German metalcore band Static Lights! Founded in 2020 from the rebranding of the Dorsten-based band “Bonafide Heroes”, Static Lights are now ready to conquer the modern metalcore scene. Their unique selling point is the atmospheric fusion of energetic but melodic metalcore, electronic synthesizer sounds and retro wave elements. This year they released their first EP “BE ALRIGHT” – further releases are in the works.

With a mixture of dynamic riffs, catchy melodies and melancholic lyrics, Static Lights aim to push the boundaries of the metalcore genre.
